Pressure testing, dye tests and listening tools that find the leak, then a repair that fixes the cause.
A pool that loses more water than evaporation explains has a leak somewhere. It can be in the shell, a skimmer, a light niche, a return line or the equipment pad. Finding it early protects the deck, the soil and your water bill.
We begin with simple tests: a bucket test, a check of the equipment and a look at the waterline. Then we use pressure tests on plumbing lines, dye tests at suspect points and listening devices. Once we find the source, we repair it and check that the loss stops. We also explain the difference between a leak and normal loss from heat, wind, splash and backwashing, so you do not chase a problem that is not there. If a leak is found, you get photos, a plain explanation and a repair plan with options.
Pressure testing isolates each line, and dye shows water leaving through cracks and fittings. This prevents unnecessary digging.
A leak can come from age, movement or a failed fitting. We repair it properly and note anything related.
We limit digging and restore decks and landscaping neatly.
Water loss in cold months can signal a line problem. A quick test helps you act before damage spreads.
